Do you look fit? Do you feel fit? Achieving a toned, youthful figure and keeping it doesn’t have to be a fantasy.
Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. The exercises develop the whole body, correcting poor posture, alleviating backache, and other muscular-skeletal problems.
You will also feel invigorated and more alive.
There are usually up to 12 people in a mat work class. Only small equipment such as balls, bands and circles are sometimes used in these classes.
I am qualified to teach reformer work and Wunda chair as well as the previously stated equipment.
One to One Lessons
I teach several one to one’s during my working week. Booking well in advance for these is highly recommended since these classes are in high demand and slots go quickly.
Induction Classes for Beginners
These are small groups of up to 4 people. The class lasts for an hour and a half. Here you will learn the principles of Pilates and some basic exercises.
